How to Organize Under The Kitchen Sink

Happy Friday everyone! I am so excited to be sharing the start of this series with you! I’m sure that January has become an organization and cleaning month for most of you, just like it has myself! With the start of the new year, I am just feeling inspired and motivated to finally organize our entire apartment! Over the next few weeks, I’m going to share with you bits and pieces of how I organize our apartment!

To kick off this organizational series, I am going to share how I organize under my kitchen sink. At the end of the post, I am also going to share with you guys my favorite eco friendly cleaning products!

Everything you see in the photos will be linked down below to shop, so don’t worry! Don’t forget to follow me on the LIKEtoKNOW.it app and Instagram to see what else I’m organizing this season!

*Some of the below links are affiliate links and are at no additional cost to you. I have only included links to products that I have used myself and would recommend to others.*

So when it comes to under the kitchen sink, I wanted to store only the items that we use in the kitchen or in the kitchen area. This means that any bathroom products will be found in the bathroom! I find that this helps keep it less cluttered and easier to find what I’m looking for.

To also note, I live with my boyfriend and we don’t have any pets (yet!), so our supplies reflect what a two person household may look like! If you have pets or more people in your family, it may be a bit different.

How to Organize Under the Kitchen Sink

I was SO excited to receive the metal storage bin in the mail yesterday for all of my kitchen reusable cloths. If you’ve been following me for a bit now, you know that I’m slowly transitioning my life to be more eco friendly and I cannot rave about these microfiber cloths enough!

On either side, I got two bins to store all of my cleaning supplies in. On one side, I keep detergent, multi-surface sprays, dish soap and hand soap for the kitchen. I am obsessed with having backups, which is why you might see quite a few of the same kind of product!

On the other side, I keep the items that we don’t use every single day such as stainless steel cleaner, extra sponges, trash bags, carpet cleaner, etc.
