When it comes to building a fall wardrobe, everyone has their must-have essentials. One essential that I’ve been on the hunt for are Chelsea boots. I’ve been wanting a pair of Chelsea boots for as long as I can remember. I mean, aren’t they a staple in anyone’s fall wardrobe? I wanted to wait until I found the most perfect pair and let me tell you-I found them! For Blogtober Day Eight, I’ll be sharing just which ones I found and how I style them for a perfect fall look.

They were sitting at a random spot at my Target’s shoe section and they only had one of them. It was in my size too! They aren’t sold in store, which means fate was telling me I needed to get them! The best part is that they are only $30!
They fit more on the true to size side. I got my normal 6.5 and they are the tiniest bit tight. If you plan on wearing super thick socks, I would recommend going up 1/2 a size though. They are also a bit narrow as well, if you typically wear wide shoes, then these booties may be a bit tight!
I think they are just the cutest booties for fall. They are a plain black pair which makes them go with almost any outfit.
I wore them with I’m calling a Halloween inspired outfit. The black and white plaid shirt goes so well with the orange sweater. I just bought these Old Navy boyfriend jeans recently too. I can’t get enough of their jeans! Check out why I love them HERE! If you see me wearing this outfit again, just know that it’s because I love it and how perfect it is for fall!
Update: It’s September 17, 2021 and I am still obsessed with the boots! I recently just had to buy this year’s version because I wore mine completely through! The shaft height is a tiny bit taller this year, but I actually love that part. I’ve worn these black booties about 1-4 times a week ever since I got them!
What are your favorite Chelsea boots? Are you a colorful shoe kind of person or love to stick to neutrals? I can’t decide! Let me know in the comments below!
